An exhaustive audit of all BIGW’s media uncovered nearly 100 different channels that could be valued and managed for enterprise value.

BIGW gained a greater depth of understanding and insight into the media they control. The valuation shone a light on the strongest and weakest media channels in their ecosystem.

Using this information, BIGW were able to make informed decision relating to new channel development and the removal of redundant assets.
