As an established utility provider, AGL knew the importance of customer loyalty. With a new Rewards program being launched, AGL sought to attract high value partners to ensure customers saw the value of the program.

Sonder was charged with providing a valuation report that highlighted the many growth opportunities and a detailed media ratecard. The report detailed how AGL could more than double the commercial value of their owned media ecosystem without needing additional CAPEX.
